16th extraordinary session of the World Heritage Committee

The 16th extraordinary session of the World Heritage Committee took place at UNESCO Headquarter room IV on 26 November 2021, from 2 pm to 3 pm (Paris Time, France).
The working languages of the meeting would be English and French and simultaneous interpretation will be provided in these two languages.
The 16th Extraordinary Session of the World Heritage Committee, held during the 23rd session of the General Assembly was chaired by the Chairperson of the Committee, H.E. Mr. Alexander Kuznetsov, Ambassador, Permanent Delegate of the Russian Federation to UNESCO. The aim of the 16th Extraordinary Session was to proceed with the election of the last two Vice-Chairpersons and the Rapporteur of the Bureau of the 45th session of the World Heritage Committee.
